THE VOTER STAND UP RALLY IN ST PETERSBURG WILL OPPOSE THE ATTACK ON FREEDOM BY 'CENTRAL PLANNERS' KATHLEEN SEBELIUS via OBAMACARE. THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE 'CENTRAL PLANNERS' IS TO ESTABLISH A SECULAR IDEOLOGY IN THE FORM OF A STATE RELIGION TO USURP THE FREE EXERCISE OF OUR RELIGIOUS RIGHTS.

However they have a problem: The First Amendment to the Constitution: "Congress shall make no law respecting AN ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIGION, OR THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Excellent 'on street' parking (no signs)- Bathrooms, and volunteers to assist will be present. The St Petersburg Sergeant of Public Events is fully informed as he was in the previous rallies in March and June. Our volunteers will assist at cross walks to be sure we don't impede traffic flow.

Although the issues are serious, we expect to have an enjoyable 'family outing'. In addition, the Knights of Columbus will provide hots and hambergers with soft drinks for donations to charity.  Make the tour here.

The team will provide water, soda, cookies and friendship. We will have well known guest speakers who will inform and entertain with Humor. Music, Hymns, and Singers, which will round out a very friendly family outing.

As noted above, the First Amendment presents a problem to the 'Central Planners' at Health and Human Services.
1. The establishment of a state sponsored secular ideology/religion is unlawful.
2. However the free exercise of a Religion cannot be prohibited.

The U.S. government is not allowed to dictate an ideology masking as health care. In effect, the White House is usurping Catholic morals and enforcing Planned Parenthood morals on Catholicism. That is an attack on all church/synagogue/mosque religions in this Nation. One just needs to connect the dots.

'Central Planner' Sec. Kathleen Sebelius of Health and Human Services [HHS] is currently assessing millions of dollars in penalties on Catholic Hospitals and Charities. This will be enforced in 2013 by the IRS.

'Central Planner Kathleen' of HHS prefers the beliefs of Planned Parenthood. She has determined that Faith based religious ministries must provide surgical sterilizations, abortion-inducing drugs, and contraceptives regardless of moral or religious convictions.

Folks, we are not talking about a 'meat on Friday' Church Teaching. The aforementioned behaviors are anathema to the well formed Catholic conscience. Our Pope will tell you without hesitation that a Catholic requires Confession to a priest for God's forgiveness on these matters. It does not matter that many or most Catholics have used contraceptives. A Catholic Religious Ministry is entitled to be who she is, Catholic.

Personally I'm convinced that the plan of the 'Central Planners' is for the millions of $$$ in penalties to be collected from these faith based ministries by the IRS will lead to bankruptcy and takeover by the Health and Human Services Administration. That is their agenda. The bureaucrats are convinced voters belong to the government, while we were taught that the government belonged to U.S.citizens.  

Remember Rep. Pelosi's response to the reporters query "is it constitutional?"  She replied: "Constitutional?" while laughing at the reporter's naivete.

In the past, the U.S. government has always respected our rights to be who we are as Catholic citizens. Other Americans have every right to disagree. We cannot nor want to dictate your contraceptive beliefs. Your right to choice is an expression of free will which is paramount to observing Catholic beliefs. Pro-Life groups are about changing hearts and minds to decrease the million unborn aborted per year for the last 45 years, which reflects a "well formed" Catholic conscience.

Pope Benedict XVI for example consistently preaches that one cannot come to Jesus Christ except through free will. It has to be your choice or it is invalid. It cannot be forced.

I point this out because the 'Central Planners' use the media to alarm the public with false claims. No one is trying or thinking about preventing the purchase of the $9 a month contraceptive. We do claim that based on our religious beliefs the Church has the right not to be associated with the cost of the behavior. However, the crux of the conflict is that Catholic ministries cannot condone responsibility for servicing those behaviors. We believe that pregnancy is not a disease.

The 'Central Planners' are marching through the institutions via establishing a Planned Parenthood State sponsored belief system.

This will be. in effect, a State religion which is forbidden by our Constitution. THE MEANING OF "Congress shall make no law respecting AN ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIGION...."
IS THAT A STATE SPONSORED BELIEF SYSTEM CANNOT BE ESTABLISHED IN THE U.S.A. BY THE GOVERNMENT. HOWEVER THE CENTRAL PLANNERS HOODWINK AND TWIST THEIR REAL AGENDA FROM THE CITIZEN'S EYES TO ACCOMPLISH THEIR GOALS. 

That is an attack on all religions in this Nation. One just needs to connect the dots:
